Popok bayi terbuat dari plastik dan campuran bahan kimia untuk menampung sisa-sisa metabolisme seperti air seni dan feses. Solusi dalam memanfaatkan limbah popok adalah dengan cara memanfaatkan hidrogel dan plastik yang terdapat di popok. Plastik yang terdapat di popok dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi suatu bahan konstruksi ringan antara lain berupa paving block karena untuk meningkatkan kuat tekan. semen dan pasir untuk dicetak menjadi balok block merupakan suatu komposisi bahan bangunaan yang dibuat dari campuran semen portland atau bahan perekat hidrolis sejenisnya, air, dan agregat dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan lainnya yang tidak mengurangi mutu beton itu. Bata beton dapat bewarna seperti warna aslinya atau diberi zat warna pada komposisinya dan digunakan untuk halaman baik di dalam maupun di luar bangunaan SNI 03-0691-1996. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai uji Kuat Tekan dan Penyerapan Air pada penambahan limbah popok terhadap Paving Block. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Regresi untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variasi campuran limbah popok yang bagus dalam pembuatan Paving Block. Bahan baku campuran semen, pasir, dan limbah popok. Perbandingan komposisi pasir dan limbah popok adalah 1PC 4PS 0P, 1PC 4PS 1PC 4PS 1P, 1PC 4PS 1PC 4PS 2P, 1PC 4PS 1PC 4PS penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara variasi terhadap nilai kuat tekan yang dihasilkan. Namun ada pengaruh penambahan limbah popok bayi dalam paving block pada variasi terbaik dan memenuhi kuat tekan yang dikategorikan kedalam paving block mutu B yaitu pada variasi 1PC4PS0,5P dengan nilai kuat tekan 183,33 Kg/cm2, 1PC4PS1P dengan nilai kuat tekan 225,00 Kg/cm2, dan 1PC4PS2P dengan nilai kuat tekan 175,00 Kg/cm2, Pada mutu C pada variasi 1PC4PS1,5P dengan nilai kuat tekan 151,67 Kg/cm2, 1PC4PS2,5P dengan nilai kuat tekan 145,00 Kg/cm2, dan 1PC4PS3P dengan nilai kuat tekan 135,00 Kg/cm2. The concrete paste gave the value of slump 6 and 7 with concrete mixture declined by 15-18 cm. Result showed that the strongest concrete is from the mixture of 15% sand material that was substituted by the acetylene sludge waste with the strength value of MPa.
